Choose Your Faction

Once you got your Entry Pass, the game will ask you to choose your faction.

This is an irreversible action and will assign you this faction until the end of the game (June 18th).

Factions gives you token over time

Choose your faction wisely as they will give you token over time (every 3 days) based on how much stake they hold collectively in the game. The less they have stake in the game, the more tokens they get.

Thus, by choosing a weaker faction, you can benefit from more tokens, giving you an advantage as an individual.

Factions are alliances

In traditional Conquest.eth, players were sole governor and they could dynamically creates alliances with other player to get stronger.

In “Faction Mod”, players are assigned a faction that dictate which players are their enemy and which are their friends.

In some ways, Factions are like pre-establised alliances.

Factions give you access to faction-specific chat

By joining a faction, you are also gien an exclusive chat that only faction member can access. Note though that this secrecy is dependent on our good will and security. The system uses our backend and messages are stored in plain-text. We would like to improve here some days, but for now this how our system work. We of course do not intend to reveal this data, but as it stand we can’t prove that to you.

Rewards will be based on Faction’s success

Note

In the Endurance network session, there will be $8000 worth of rewards.

These rewards be distributed based on 2 criteria:

• Faction Success
• Single player Success

The more stake a faction have, the more rewards the whole faction will get, divided among each players. The more stake a player have, the more stake the player have in the game.

The exact details of the reward distribution will be revealed later. But overall you have 2 objectives. And because of the token distribution described above, you might want to join weaker faction to get more stake as a player.
